Stella, with her LeChef app, was looking for a new, more modern and captivating look that would stand out from traditional food ordering apps, offering a unique and memorable experience for users.

In this project, we explore innovative visual forms and styles, distancing ourselves from the conventions of traditional food delivery apps. We approach the dishes page as unique products, investing in a wealth of details and a more exploratory visual presentation. In addition, we have developed a page dedicated to the restaurant's chef, highlighting his professional details, main dishes and his gastronomic history.

Our redesign project for the digital certifier page faced the challenge of balancing technical complexity with an intuitive user experience. We focus on simplifying the process of obtaining certificates, highlighting crucial information and eliminating visual noise. The integration of responsive design elements was also essential to ensure accessibility on mobile devices. The end result not only improved navigability, but also strengthened brand credibility, raising user confidence.

UI and UX

We looked at movie apps, rather than the online ordering universe, as a reference for this project. The great challenge was to think outside this context, maintaining the essential functionality for placing the order, adding dishes, entering the delivery address, tracking orders, and other important features. And we were able to do that successfully.

Results

For over 20 years, VIZIO has been committed to making high-quality affordable entertainment. Smart TVs, sound bars, even a built-in, free digital streaming platform—they make it all for everyone, and don't skimp on the quality.

But the brand's digital experience didn't accurately reflect this commitment, nor could people buy products directly from the site. Vizio.com needed to reflect the brand's ethos of “entertainment for all,” as well as champion individual product stories to enable confidence in visitors looking to buy.
